Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated delivery time varies by destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are our best estimate and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, or if your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out to support@pristinepod.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
