Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at support@pristinepod.com as soon as possible. We can only guarantee changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipment.
